If a Client gets rid of an email address, how to not have old email auto-populate?

If a client gets rid of an old e-mail account, how can we make sure we are not ever having the e-mail auto populate with the old information, even though we have taken it out of the contact card?

@Karessa Jean I reach out to the support chat and let them know the client name and the email address that I want to be removed. Then they can wipe them from Karbon’s memory (not just your local computer) so that both you and your colleagues will not email the incorrect email address. Hope that helps!
