Hi everyone,

I've been trying to manage my inbox more efficiently, and I’m wondering if there’s a way to mass delete emails in Karbon. For example, in Outlook, I typically search for an email address (like a company that sends a lot of promotional emails) and then select all and delete them in bulk.

However, I've noticed that when I do this in Outlook, it doesn’t update in my Karbon Triage. All the emails I deleted in Outlook still show up in my Triage (such a waste of time).

When I search for the sender in Karbon, for example, "Video Tax News", I get a list of all the emails, but there’s no checkbox option to select and delete them all at once. Do I really have to go through and delete each one individually?

Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for asking this. I am trying to clean up a lot of old emails in Karbon and find an efficient way to do so. I am struggling. I have bulk deleted in Outlook but it hasn’t affected Karbon Triage. I would like to bulk clear them in Triage but not finding an easy way to do so.

Hello @naomi_paulson

I don’t know if this will help but you could designate an email as Low Priority.  This way all future emails from that sender’s email address will automatically move to your Low Priority tab in Karbon and you can bulk clear from there.

Unfortunately, that won't work for me as I'm trying to do it in a time-efficient manner, and this approach wouldn't allow that.

I just posted it as an idea. Please upvote if you would like to see this feature implemented into Karbon!
