I’m having a problem with search not finding anything. In a Client Request I wrote, “what is the charge for DoubleTree Hotel.” Now, when I go to search and type in Doubletree, nothing shows up under the work section. Are client requests not searchable?

I believe that Work tab only looks for work item names or contacts that meet that search criteria. Did you try the Email or Notes tabs? I’m not sure if those actually search client task comments as well though… Possibly not.
That would be a good feature request though - a Comments and/or Client Request search tabs/filters.
I created a feature request to expand searchability to include the external comments.
