Finding External Comments From a Client

When a client responds to a client request, the person sending the client request is the only person who gets notified in Triage when a response has been sent by the client. (When that notification is cleared from Triage, it does not stay on the timeline).

How do we find responses to client requests without going into each and every work item and client request?

That’s a great question. I’m curious how other people do it.

We are trying to design our work so that we are completing it one-at-a-time, and all relevant notes are captured in our work papers. We don’t treat the client requests as a repository for information. I know that doesn’t answer your question though.
