I am wondering if there is any way in customizing an email using merge fields.

Hi @Aaron Sendrovits,

A regular email or emails from a Client Request? 🙂

I don’t believe any way with regular emails, but it is possible to use Placeholders in Client Request emails.

Does that help?

Edit: sorry, if you mean the Email Templates that can become tasks or regular emails, no placeholders in those at this stage, you could make a feature idea request for it.

I believe @SamG is correct in that this can still only be done within Client Tasks.
