Drafted an email and now cannot find it. Not in drafts. Where is it?

That’s strange. All drafts should be in your drafts folder. Was it related to a shared triage?
I would suggest checking with support by emailing support@karbonhq.com. I'm curious what they say, so write back when you get your answer. .
