Effect of entering new client tasks after initial email sent.

Hi all.  So I’ve setup a client task, sent the email to the the client requesting information and then noticed a further query.  I’ve now updated the client task with the new item.  Do I need to resend the email or will the client see the new task automatically? TIA

I believe the client will see the added query when they access the Client Task although it is not on the list of the initial Client Task notification email. But for me, just to ensure that the client sees it, most of the time I re-send it.

I was going to answer the same. I think that it updates, but I resend if I feel that it’s needed.

The system will actually send an email to the client stating there are new comments for you.
