Draft standard message and include in to-do?

Are you referring to tasks within a work order?  Any message included in the Add a task description box will stay with the template every time it is used.  

We use this to further describe the task or save a templated message.  For example, if the task is something like advise the client how to do ‘the thing’, we will include the instructions to do ‘the thing’ so the team member can just copy those instructions and include them in the communication they are preparing.
