Clients have not been able to access checklists after some time. After sending it again then it works. Do these checklists expire and if so after how long?
Our client had an issue yesterday that everytime they completed an item, they were logged out and forced to request a new link to access. I contacted Karbon Support who said it was fixed two hours ago 🙂 hopefully the same for you 🤞🏾
