Is it possible to permanently delete documents from within Karbon? If not, does Karbon have a document retention policy available for review to determine if it is in agreement with our own?
Karbon allows Archiving of documents which is referred to as “Delete” with archive in parenthesis after it in the help files. Then there is the functionality to Unarchive a “deleted” document which would indicate deleted documents are not actually deleted.
I have tried searching for answers through the Community and Karbon help. If someone has a link to a conversation regarding my question, I would love to have it added.
