custom tasks in repeating work template

Hey hey,

For our payroll repeating work, we’d like to add customised tasks to individual clients and have them repeat. Is this doable?

Orrrrr, could we pin a note to the repeating work for that client, and have that repeat?

Hi @Bec Johnston ! Once you have created the work item you can customize the task list to the client’s needs. Then those customized tasks will be carried forward to the next item in the repeating work series.

Hey Jen, yes thank you! We were hoping that was the case but we weren’t confident!

So we’ve added a template for all our payroll clients and want to add in a few extra steps for a number of clients, so further bespoking the template.

We’ll give it a go!

Also, if you don’t mind answering another...I’m trying to find out how many clients have the ‘Corporation Tax Reminders’ and I can’t see how to pull that specific info.
