We had clients complaining that when they receive an email that they have comments, they are not able to see which of the tasks has the new comment, they need to check each of them to see where it is.
I’m wondering if any of you have the same issue and you go about it.
Yes, we have come across this problem, especially when the task list is very long with a lot of comemnts going back and forth. Sometimes I will send a separate email with the speciific question/comment to alert them to it. But that sort of defeats the purpose of having the comments in the client task/request.
You could add a feature request to see if this could be addressed somehow.
Yes, I wonder if it could be sorted by unread comments or most recent comments?
