Client Send Email in Template

Our “Send Email Request to Client” in one TASK area stopped working when we did our new template for the new tax year.  It works in the other task areas.  What happened?

Otherwise, can you share a screenshot or details of what error message you receive or what action you're taking (e.g. what you're clicking or doing) and what happens when you do?
