Client request - Copy list of tasks to excel

Hi @Eli Goldwasser, welcome to the Karbon community!

There is not way to export client requests at this time. I found one feature idea that might apply, but feel free to add your own as well.

It may be too late for this instance, but I have had a lot of success getting clients to understand the Karbon Portal by sending this short video.  Feel free to copy the link and send it to clients confused about the portal.

We already have it on just about all our communications to clients. The issue at hand was a technological issue - I believe that their computer was not compatible with Karbon - Older client and just about as old of a computer if I am understanding correctly.
