Client reminders

Hi @Amaal Shaikh,

It’s not possible to send reminders without creating a Work item and a Client Request checklist.

Two alternatives:

1. Create One Work item. Add as many Client Request checklists as you like and send from there (to the different clients). Be sure to keep client-specific details only on the relevant Client Request. Be very careful with sharing permissions.
2. Schedule an email (https://help.karbonhq.com/en/articles/5606692-collaborate-on-emails-in-triage#h_5c7a69dd97). You can only schedule a month in advance, so you could schedule from Outlook/Gmail if you want to schedule further out.
