Client Portal - unable to download the information

Client has uploaded information to the Karbon Portal.  When I go to the Documents Tab and try to download them, it says to check my internet connection.  My computer shows that I am connected and I can go to websites.  Anyone else having this issue?

Hi @Tammy Waggett,

I’ve not had this issue. A couple of people are reporting client’s having issues accessing the Client Portal or Client Request checklists.

I would suggest contacting support to request help with this 🙂

Are you able to download it from the task itself on the Client Requests section of the Task tab of the Work item?
