Looking at best ways how to deal with below : 

  • if client leaves us how long you give them access to karbon hisatorical reports before removing reports ? 
  • How is best to revoke someone’s karbon access so cant see reports/jobs ?
  • If client uses same general email to access multiple companies jobs but no longer involved in one of companies, how to do remove historical reports form just one company ?

Hi @Ivanna Liepina, that’s a good question. We have not run into this issue, so I’m curious how others have handled this.
