I am trying to make my week less overwhelming, but there are many work items that are overdue that are waiting on client responses. Is there a way to remove them until the client gets me what I need to proceed?

That’s a great question and I’m also curious. One thing you could do is have the work assigned to a dummy account why the document request reminders are running, and then have an automation reassign the work to you when all the document request checklist items are marked complete by the client. In my opinion, this is not a good option because clients don’t check the box and uploading a file doesn’t automatically complete the task.
Alternatively, you could assign the work to an assistant or admin staff to continually follow-up until the documentation is received, at which point they can reassign it to you and the work would pop back into your My Week.
Others here probably have better suggestions and I’m curious to read what they think.
