Hello! Just want to ask if it’s possible to change the send date of a client request?

 

For context, the setting in our work item is that the tasks and budget will be created 1 day before the work starts. If the work starts on a Monday, the tasks and budget will be created on Sunday.

 

The very first section in that work item is a Client Request section, which gets sent out every Monday. We need to change the send date from Monday to Tuesday. Is there somewhere in the setting where we can change this, or do we have to create another work item that will be set up wherein the Client Request section will be sent out on Tuesdays?

Hi @Daryl Abella - this is definitely possible!

In the next work item where the client task hasn’t yet been sent, it should say something like Will be sent to xxxxx] on date].

If you click that it will bring up the sending settings where you can change the date, and it should then ask if you want to change for just this work item, or all future work items in the series.

 

Click the yellow text to change the sending settings.
