I am new to Karbon and cant find how to change the work type on a work item that has already been created with the wrong work item. Does anyone have a way to do this?

When you are in the Karbon work item, click on the “Details” Tab, then in the top section (labeled “Basics”) click on the edit button. This will then take you to a screen where you can edit the work type.
