Would like to assign the Staff Level to Work Items in Karbon. By this, I do not mean adding a colleague to a client team but rather assigning Intern I or II, Staff, Manager, Supervisor as the role to the work item. Feel like this would be a more efficient way of handling how/what work items can be assigned/moved to what staff personnel as new hires come in. Has anyone successfully implemented this?

Hi @Angela Walters, that’s an interesting idea and outside the design of Karbon, however, there is an easy workaround. You can add placeholder staff to Karbon at no cost. Invite a new staff member named “Intern I” etc. Use a fake email address like intern@example.com or something similar. As long as no one accepts the invite, you can use the staff member internally without added cost.
