Can you please assist here?
I created an invoice this morning.
Edited it to “remove” some lines (by tick > Carry).
Total came to $2,142.25 (incl GST).
I clicked Approve, then Export to Xero.
I noticed on the Export and then on the Karbon Invoice, the total had changed to $3,715.25.
It appears when I clicked Approve on the Invoice, Karbon went to the liberty of resetting it.
Please see Audit Trail below, Green are events that did happen, Orange are events that didn’t/couldn’t possibly have happened (I can’t create an invoice twice, especially not 5 hours after creating it the first time).
I raised it with Karbon Support who (obviously without reading my message) asked me to send logging and repeat the actions. I can’t repeat the actions and I don’t have time to be redoing an invoice multiple times.
Can Karbon please reinstate the invoice I created and approved before it decided to do something impossible?
