We’ve been having an intermittent issue where drafted emails aren’t sent, nor showing up in the sent folder. Is anybody else experiencing this?
You mentioned in your post that they are drafted emails.
Sometimes I’ll draft an email and think that I’ve sent it but, because I’ve been distracted by a phone call or staff query, I won’t have actually hit “send”.
Maybe have a look in the Drafts folder. It might just be there.
