My emails aren’t sending or are going really slowly like 40mins. Is there a platform issue or something else?

I think mine might be too. Always a good idea to let support know when this is happening, so they can follow up with engineering to investigate/resolve

Thanks. I was wondering where to go to report. Do you know if Karbon has a Status page that’s updated when it’s site wide issues?
It doesn’t but usually an orange banner will appear at the top of your Karbon page if there is a site wide issue
