we are getting alerts the messages are not being sent to any of our clients. does anyone know why this is happening:?

Is this happening with emails or Client Tasks? You may want to also check if your email server/host was down for a period of time. Your best bet is to reach out to Karbon’s Support team when these things happen so they can help you troubleshoot right away!
