Hi everyone,

How do you assign and manage admin tasks in Karbon that aren’t tied to a client? I’m looking for tips on assigning these tasks—whether to myself or another team member—for internal activities like meetings and office duties.

Hi @Jason Malabute!

We have a separate “Admin” client where we can create and manage admin work items/tasks, assign the work to the appropriate admin within our firm, tag emails and comments to the work items and timeline. We don’t have a specific “Work Type” set for these, but you could dial it in even further with an admin specific work type. I hope this helps!

 


Welcome @Jason Malabute to the Karbon community!  Great idea @Kim Clemmer , we do something similar with ours but we assign it to our own company instead of a separate client.
