You certainly can! You can actually add as many timelines as you want to a note. Here’s an article that goes into all the details and has great screenshots:

Hi @Hannah Cowart - in any Note (or email) you should see a sidebar where you can Add to Timeline - if you click that, you can search for a client or a specific work item. If you attach to a work item, it will also add the client. I’m not sure if there’s a limit as to the number of timelines you can attach to, but I haven’t yet found it!
